Hooray, it’s disco time again! The Term 3 disco will be held on Thursday, 11 September, in the school hall. Come along, and dance the night away!

There will be a Gold coin donations at the front door, and all proceeds will go towards benefiting the school.

DISCO SCHEDULE

Junior Disco (Prep, Year 1 , 2 & 3)
5:30pm - 6:30pm
** Please note that parents of Prep and Grade 1 students must remain onsite for the duration of the Junior Disco, they are not to be dropped off.

Senior Disco (Year 4, 5 & 6)
7:00pm - 8:00pm

FOOD & GLoW STICKS

Food will be available to purchase from 5:00pm. There will be a selection of Pizza, Sausage sizzle, chips and drinks for sale. Don’t forget to buy your Glow wear to help you light up the room! These can also be purchased on the night, between $1 - $10.

In addition, there will be a Bake Sale available on the night too. Donations for the bake sale are certainly welcomed. Please see volunteer information below.

VOLUNTEER

Volunteering is a great way to help support the school and make this an incredibly successful and fun day for the whole Wishart State School Community! As little as an hour a day, or staying the whole day, whatever suits you.

We are looking for people to volunteer on the night. There are a huge range of jobs, including selling and serving food, cooking sausages, or selling glow products for a period of time. So make the most of the night, while your kids are having fun, help out, make new friends, and contribute back to the school.

Click on the ‘Volunteer to Help’ button’ to find a time slot and activity that suits you. We just ask that all volunteers have first completed their Mandatory Training as per the Department of Education Requirements

Please note: Volunteers are required to follow health and safety requirements. We kindly ask that anyone who volunteers wear closed in shoes at fundraising events. Thongs/open-toed shoes are not acceptable footwear.
