The P&C are excited to be running the Father’s Day Stall this year. Each class will visit the Father’s Day stall on either the 3 September or 4 September and students can select gifts to buy for their Dad, Grandfather or significant person or carer in their life. Each class has been allocated a day and time to shop so that parents know which day to send money to school.

We have sourced lots of fresh and modern products that we know will be a hit for all. The stall will be set up in the hall, with a one-way entry and one-way exit to ensure ease of flow.

WHAT DAY IS MY CHILD PARTICIPATING?

Wednesday 3 September: TBC

Thursday 4 September: TBC

Teachers should notify families the time their class is attending the stall.

WHAT ARE YOU SELLING?

HOW DOES MY CHILD PAY?

The Father’s Day stall is CASH ONLY. Gifts will be priced between $1 and $12. The P&C will enlist help from willing parents to help the children choose a gift and then they will be directed to the cash register to pay for the gift. We ask that you give your child a bag to bring to school to put their gifts in.

CAN I VOLUNTEER TO HELP?

Volunteering is a great way to help support the school and make this an incredibly successful and fun day for the whole Wishart State School Community! As little as an hour a day, or staying the whole day, whatever suits you.

All volunteers are welcome to help with our Father’s Day stall! As little as an hour a day, or staying the whole day, whatever suits you. We need volunteers to help run the stall, including helping students choose gifts, restocking tables, setting up and packing down. Every little bit of help counts.

Click on the ‘Volunteer to Help’ button’ to find a time slot and activity that suits you. We just ask that all volunteers have first completed their Mandatory Training as per the Department of Education Requirements

Please note: Volunteers are required to follow health and safety requirements. We kindly ask that anyone who volunteers wear closed in shoes at fundraising events. Thongs/open-toed shoes are not acceptable footwear.
