On Friday, 22 May P&C is hosting a BBQ to help the kids in Prep to Grade 2 celebrate Under 8’s Day. Last years BBQ was a huge success and was in high demand, so we’d love for you to come along and join in the festivities.
The P&C will be running a BBQ on the day, Story Behind the Coffee van will be onsite selling coffee and drinks, and we will have something sweet on offer as well
CAN I VOLUNTEER TO HELP?
Volunteering is a great way to help support the school and make this an incredibly successful and fun day for the whole Wishart State School Community! As little as an hour a day, or staying the whole day, whatever suits you.
All volunteers are welcome to help with the Under 8’s BBQ , including cooking, setting up, packing down!
Click on the ‘Volunteer to Help’ button’ to find a time slot and activity that suits you. We just ask that all volunteers have first completed their Mandatory Training as per the Department of Education Requirements
Please note: Volunteers are required to follow health and safety requirements. We kindly ask that anyone who volunteers wear closed in shoes at fundraising events. Thongs/open-toed shoes are not acceptable footwear.
