Becoming a member of the Wishart State School P&C gives you a voice in decisions that support our school community. Membership is open to all parents, carers, and members of the school community.
Why become a member?
Vote on motions and decisions at meetings
Nominate for executive or general committee roles

Support the school in a meaningful way
You don’t need to attend every meeting or volunteer regularly to be a member.
Membership basics
Membership is annual and must be renewed each year
A small annual fee applies
Membership must be confirmed at a meeting before voting
You may attend up to two meetings without being a member to see how things work.
Member vs Volunteer
Volunteers help with events and activities.
Members help make decisions and guide the P&C’s direction.
Many people do both — but you can choose what suits you.
