Active School Travel: Father’s Day Colour Walk to School
FOOTY COLOURS DAY & FATHER'S DAY WALK
On Wednesday 2 September, our Student Council and Active School Travel teams are excited to host Footy Colours Day and Father’s Day Walk!
Students are invited to wear their favourite sporting team's colours and join us in supporting the Fight Cancer Foundation.
Whether it's AFL, NRL, soccer, rugby, basketball, netball, or any other sport, grab your jersey, scarf, beanie, socks, or team colours and help make a difference!

📍 7:45am at the Tuckshop Gate or
📍 8:00am at Berkshire Crescent Park
Walk to school with Dad and meet the Active School Travel Team for a chance to enter a raffle and win a prize!

Active School Travel: Random bikes/scooters tagged with a prize
Students are encouraged to ride their bike or scooter to school, wear their helmet, and enjoy an active start to the day. Keep an eye out—randomly selected bikes and scooters will be tagged, and the students whose rides are tagged will win a prize!
Active School Travel: International Friendship Day – Walk a Prep friend to school
Students are invited to meet at Berkshire Crescent Park at 8:00am before walking to school alongside a Prep or younger friend. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate friendship, build connections across year levels, and enjoy an active start to the school day.
Active School Travel: State of Origin dress up day
Show your team spirit by dressing up in your best State of Origin attire and joining in the fun at school. There will be a raffle for the best dressed in Origin gear, as well as a raffle draw for students who actively travel to school that morning, encouraging both participation and healthy habits.
Active School Travel: World Environment Day
Celebrate World Environment Day with our school community! Students are encouraged to wear green and walk to school from the park, collecting litter along the way to help care for our local environment.
Parents/carers and students who wish to participate can meet at the school at 7:45 am to walk down to the park together, or meet directly at Berkshire Crescent Park at 8:00 am.
All students who take part in the litter pick-up will be entered into a raffle to win Active School Travel prizes, with one winner drawn from each grade.
Active School Travel: Meander with Mum – walk from the park
Join us for a special Mother’s Day walk from the park, celebrating the important women in our lives. Students are invited to walk alongside their mum or a mother figure, showing appreciation for all they do and the positive impact they have on our school community.
Meet us at school at 7:45 or at the park at 8:00 and walk to school with your mums.
